SANJOSE Peru exceeds USD 100 million portfolio with the awarding of a new Administrative Building in Lima

SANJOSE Peru will build for USD 16 million the new Belaunde Administrative Building, with a total built surface amounting to 20,000 m² and located on the corner of Santo Toribio and Víctor Andrés Belaunde, near the Business Centre of San Isidro.

With this project, Grupo SANJOSE strengthens its presence in Peru, country where it has been established since 2004 and where it holds a portfolio of over USD 100 million. Among its diverse portfolio, highlights a Data Centre TIER III for IBM which shall be inaugurated shortly, the construction of the Delgado Hospital in Lima and the development and implementation of 3,072 housing units at the urban development Parques de la Huaca.

Among the recently completed projects, special attention should be paid to the PV Solar Farm of 20 MW executed by SANJOSE at Alto de la Alianza, Tacna (desert on the south of Peru). First solar farm connected to the national supply network of the country, comprising 80,000 solar panels and a total built surface amounting to 60,000 m².
