Capital Stock
The Capital Stock of the Company amounts to 1.950,782 Euros, consisting of 65.026,083 bearer shares of three cents (€0.03) par value each, fully paid out from a single class and series and giving full voting and dividend rights to the holder.
SANJOSE GROUP shares are represented by book entries, and the Society of Management Systems Registration, Clearance and Settlement Securities S.A. (IBERCLEAR) and its participated entities are in charge of its records. All shares representative of the Capital of the SANJOSE GROUP are listed on the Stock Exchanges of Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao and Valencia through the Stock Exchange Interconnection System (Continuous Market).
Share Price
Under the agreement approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders held on 30 June, 2009, the company will not distribute dividends in 2009.
