The Municipal Institution of L'Habitatge i Rehabilitació de Barcelona has awarded Cartuja I. the execution of a residential building in the neighbourhood of the Bon Pastor of Barcelona, specifically on 4, Carrer Mur St.

The building has four floors where 54 housing units will be located, ground floor access to these houses, and a basement with 55 parking spaces.
