SANJOSE will build a 510-room Flex Living in Valdebebas, Madrid

Flexy Valdebebas Propco II has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the execution works for a Flex Living building located at 85 Fernando Higueras Street in Valdebebas. The project comprises more than 30,000 square metres of built area and is intended to function as a hybrid hotel-apartment and student residence. It will feature 510 rooms, 591 beds, parking facilities, and various shared common areas including a swimming pool, gym, cafeteria, coworking space, etc.
