SANJOSE will build the Gargáligas Dental Clinic for the Campus Mare Nostrum of UAX in Málaga

The Andalusian Higher Education Promoter (UAX Málaga) has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the demolition, renovation, and fit-out works of two adjoining premises on Río Gargáligas Street in Málaga for the construction of a new Dental Clinic for the undergraduate and master’s degree students’ practical training at UAX Málaga.

The first premises will house the university dental clinic with 63 dental chairs, X-ray rooms, and other necessary facilities. The second premises will complement the educational offer with three classrooms and common areas for students and professors.

It is worth noting that SANJOSE is also building the Alfonso X El Sabio - Mare Nostrum University Campus in Málaga and Phase I of a new UAX campus in Oviedo for the same client; together, these two projects have a total floor area of approximately 70,000 square meters.
