SANJOSE will build Residencial 108 Castelló in Madrid

Duna Compañía de Construcciones de Inmuebles has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the execution works of an exclusive new residential building in the Salamanca neighborhood of Madrid that will house 40 homes with 1 to 3 bedrooms, parking spaces, storage rooms and common areas with a swimming pool, garden, rooftop-workspace, gym and relaxation room with sauna.

Note that the project will be executed under the German Passivhaus certificate.
