SANJOSE will Build Phase II of the Science Building for the University of Nebrija in La Berzosa, Hoyo de Manzanares, Madrid

Universitas Nebrissensis (Antonio de Nebrija University) has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the contract to execute Phase II of the Science Building at the Life Sciences Campus in La Berzosa, located in Hoyo de Manzanares, Madrid.

The project involves the construction of a rectangular-shaped building composed of four levels, with a gradually decreasing volume that creates a spacious rooftop terrace for students on the upper floor. The most distinctive feature of the project is its façade, which combines large glass openings with ribbed precast concrete panels.

SANJOSE also executed Phase I of the new building, which included excavation, foundation works, construction of perimeter retaining walls, and the structure up to ground level, known as the “Concrete Plinth.”
