SANJOSE will carry out Phase 2 of the expansion works of the Benito Menni Assistance Complex in Ciempozuelos, Madrid

The House of the Hospitaller Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Jesus has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the execution works for the Phase 2 of the Expansion Master Plan of the Benito Menni Assistance Complex in Ciempozuelos, a non-profit center specialized in the care and assistance of mental patients, individuals with physical or psychological disabilities, and elderly individuals affected by severe behavioral disorders.

The assistance complex includes residential areas, a therapeutic centre, occupational therapy areas, physiotherapy area, day care centre, management, administration and training areas, central services, parking spaces, etc.

This phase begins once Phase 1B, also carried out by SANJOSE, has been completed by SANJOSE. Together, these phases comprise over 25,000 square meters of built Surface.
