SANJOSE will Build the Avire Algodonera III and IV Residential Developments in Seville

Árqura Homes has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the execution works for the Avire Algodonera III and IV residential developments, located in the Sevilla Este district of Seville.

Both phases, which together comprise nearly 20,000 square meters of built surface, will include a total of 129 multi-family homes (64 in Phase III and 65 in Phase IV), offering two to four bedrooms. The development will feature ground-floor units with gardens and penthouses, as well as storage rooms, parking spaces, and shared amenities including a swimming pool, a gym, and a social lounge.
