SANJOSE will Build Phases I and II of the AQ Lumiria Residential Complex in Dos Hermanas, Seville

Guillamar and Investment (AQ Acentor) has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the contract for the construction of Phases I and II of the AQ Lumiria Residential Complex in Dos Hermanas, Seville. The project comprises three buildings with ten above-grade floors, totaling 163 housing units with two to four bedrooms, all featuring terraces. The development also includes underground levels covering 361 parking spaces and 329 storage units shared across the entire complex.

The awarded project further includes pedestrian and vehicle access points, interior communal open spaces, landscaped leisure areas and paved zones, swimming pools, a calisthenics area, a climbing wall, children’s play areas, and multipurpose rooms.
