SANJOSE will build the largest affordable rental housing complex in Spain

SANJOSE Constructora will carry out the construction works for AEDAS Homes on the largest affordable rental residential development in Spain, promoted by Avalon Properties. The project will be built on a plot of over 18,000 square meters in the Dehesa Vieja area of San Sebastián de los Reyes, Madrid.

The development, which will be constructed following the Breeam methodology, will comprise nearly 60,000 square meters of built surface and will include four 8-story buildings above ground and three underground levels, featuring 571 housisng units with 1 to 3 bedrooms, 857 underground parking spaces, a storage room linked to each home, 2,000 square meters of landscaped areas, a 300-square-meter swimming pool, and 800 square meters of sports facilities - including a gym, football and basketball courts, as well as paddle and athletics tracks.
