SANJOSE will build the Can Sansó Residential Complex in Santa Eulària des Riu, Ibiza

Inmobiliaria Mar S.L.U. (La Llave de Oro) has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the execution works for the Can Sansó Residential Complex in Santa Eulària des Riu, Ibiza. This project involves more than 13,000 square metres of built area and consists of five four-storey buildings located around the perimeter of the plot. It includes 65 two- and three-bedroom housing units with terraces, a shared underground car park with 65 spaces, and a central landscaped area featuring a swimming pool and a children’s play area.

Notably, the structural system will use prefabricated construction methods, allowing for optimized execution timelines and reduced emissions/carbon footprint throughout the construction process.
