SANJOSE will Build 82 Housing units in Parcel 2 of El Quintanar Residential Complex in Las Rozas, Madrid

Levitt Las Rozas Residencial III has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the contract to execute Works of an exclusive residential development of 82 homes with 1 to 5 bedrooms, integrated into the El Quintanar Residential Complex, located in the municipality of Las Rozas, specifically in Parcel 2 of the “Kodak Area.”

The project, which will be executed under BREEAM certification and will total over 13,000 square meters of built surface, includes 22 single-family homes and a multi-family building that houses the remaining residences, garages, storage units, and extensive common areas featuring landscaped gardens, children’s play areas, indoor leisure spaces with a gourmet room, coworking areas, study environments, a gym, and more.

With this award within the El Quintanar mega-project, SANJOSE is currently building four parcels that make up the El Lindal and Las Dovelas developments, totaling 340 housing units and 66,387 square meters of built surface.
