SANJOSE Portugal will carry out Phase II of The Uncommon Beach Residences Vilamoura, Quarteira - Loulé, Algarve

Vilamoura Lusotur, part of Arrow Global, has awarded SANJOSE Constructora Portugal Phase II (finishes, special installations, and exterior landscaping) of The Uncommon Beach Residences Vilamoura, an exclusive beachfront resort development that will feature 92 residences, parking, outdoor pools, and common areas.

Notably, the building has been designed in a U-shape, opening onto the boardwalk, which allows residents to enjoy expansive views.

SANJOSE also completed Phase I of this project, which covers more than 20,000 square meters of gross floor area and consisted primarily of earthworks, indirect foundations, and reinforced concrete structure.
