SANJOSE Portugal will Build Phase II of the Gaia Hills Residential Development in Vila Nova de Gaia

Promiris TP Vastgoed / Thomas & Piron has awarded SANJOSE Constructora Portugal the execution works of Phase II of this distinctive project located on the banks of the Douro River, offering direct and spectacular views of Porto’s historic city center, in the area of the Palácio de Cristal.

Phase II of the Gaia Hills Residential Development includes the construction of three buildings comprising 108 residential units, public and private parking areas, shared circulation spaces, technical areas, and landscaped outdoor areas.

With this new contract award, and in addition to executing Phase I, SANJOSE will have completed more than 50,000 square meters of built surface within this project, totaling seven buildings and 210 residential units.
