EBA will Build the First Public Protected Housing Development on Zorrotzaurre Island in Bilbao

Vivienda y Suelo de Euskadi (VISESA) has awarded EBA the execution works of the first public protected housing development on Zorrotzaurre Island in Bilbao.

The project includes the urban development of plot RD-6 and adjacent areas, as well as the construction of two multifamily residential buildings with eight and seven above-grade floors, respectively, sharing a common basement. The development will comprise a total of 66 protected housing units, commercial premises, and parking spaces.
