Inversiones y Proyectos Fatec has awarded Cartuja I. the construction works for the Guayaquil Residential Complex in Seville. The development will comprise 68 homes with terraces, comprising both limited-price subsidized units and free-market homes. The homes will be distributed across a six-storey building above ground (with the sixth floor dedicated to a rooftop area featuring two swimming pools) and a basement level for parking.
