SANJOSE will build the Vanian Gardens V Residential Development in Estepona, Málaga

AEDAS Homes has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the contract for the construction of Vanian Gardens V, comprising 35 homes distributed across three buildings. This new phase of the Vanian Gardens complex/resort is located in the Selwo area, between Estepona and San Pedro, and features outstanding amenities such as four outdoor swimming pools, a spa with an indoor heated pool, a cinema, a Youth Club, and a co-working space.

SANJOSE has also constructed Vanian Gardens III, IV, and the spectacular spa that serves the entire complex. In total, across these phases and the spa, the development covers over 26,000 square metres and includes 132 residences.
