SANJOSE Constructora will Build 260 Subsidized Housing Units in Dos Hermanas, Seville

Miramar Real Estate has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the execution works of 260 subsidized housing units (VPO) on Plot BPO 8.2, located in the Entrenúcleos neighbourhood of Dos Hermanas, Seville.

The project encompasses over 30,000 square metres of built area and includes not only the 260 social housing units but also 281 parking spaces, 285 storage rooms, communal and commercial premises, a gym, and an internal landscaped area featuring sports facilities, children's play areas, and a swimming pool.
