SANJOSE will Build Phase II of Los Enebros Residential Complex in Costa Ballena, Chipiona, Cádiz

Acciona Inmobiliaria has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the execution works for Phase II of Los Enebros residential development (161 homes upon completion of the entire complex), which includes 45 housing units distributed across 4 buildings and 5 entrances, 90 parking spaces, 45 storage rooms, a leisure pool complex, restrooms, a community room, a paddle tennis court, and children's play areas. This phase also includes a network of paths, landscaped areas, and wooded zones, making it fully autonomous and functional.

SANJOSE is also carrying out the construction of Phase I, which comprises 62 housing units in 5 buildings. Together, both phases total 107 homes and nearly 20,000 square meters of built surface.
