GRUPO SANJOSE has a strong presence and is a widely recognised brand as a major construction and Real Estate Company, operating mainly in the capital, Lima.
From all he projects accomplished in Peru, the projects as builder-developer of two major urban developments, which provide an effective response to the housing needs of a large number of families, worth special mention:
Condominio del Aire, Lima. A residential complex surrounded by five parks providing 1,392 housing units distributed in 44 buildings of five and eight stories.
Condominio Parques de la Huaca in the District of San Miguel, Lima. An urban planning development in the former grounds of the Pacific International Trade Fair, it includes the nine stage construction of 3,072 housing units in 64 buildings of 12 stories each. 67% of this gated condominium will be given over to green spaces and the compound will have a huaca (archaeological site) inside its walls.
From the works developed in recent years, we should highlight the Hotel Ramada Costa del Sol at the Jorge Chávez International Airport in Lima, the Shopping Centre "Plaza Vea" in Chiclayo, two hypermarkets for Tottus in Chorrillos and Chiclayo, SANJOSE headquarters in Lima, different facilities for Unique, also in Lima, and various residential buildings in the capital (Loft, Santa Margarita, Ambassador, Portillo, etc.).
