From all he projects accomplished in Peru, the projects as builder-developer of two major urban developments, which provide an effective response to the housing needs of a large number of families, worth special mention:

• Condominio Parques de la Huaca in the District of San Miguel, Lima. From the works developed in recent years, we should highlight the design and execution of the new Military Academy Militar Leoncio Prado in La Perla-Callao, a 20 MW PV Solar Plant in Alto de la Alianza-Tacna, the Atento Corporate Headquarters in Callao, the Hotel Ramada Costa del Sol at the Jorge Chávez International Airport in Lima, the Shopping Centre "Plaza Vea" in Chiclayo, two hypermarkets for Tottus in Chorrillos and Chiclayo, SANJOSE headquarters in Lima, different facilities for Unique, also in Lima, and various residential buildings in the capital (Loft, Santa Margarita, Ambassador, Portillo, etc.).
