After finishing the Miraflores Education Centre in Praia, SANJOSE Constructora Cape Verde has started construction of the tourist complex "Tortuga Beach Resort & Spa" in the vicinity of Ponta Preta beach on the island of Sal.

This major project has a total area of some 75,000m² with houses and luxury units, 306 apartments, communal swimming pools and a five star hotel with restaurants, spa, gym, etc.
