SANJOSE Constructora Capo Verde is currently undergoing important tourist residential projects:

• Tortuga Beach Resort & SPA 5*. with a total built surface amounting to 75,000m² where luxury houses, 360 apartments, communal swimming pools and a five-start hotel with restaurants, spa and gym, etc are located.

   

• Dunas Beach Resort 5*. A tourist complex with a total built surface of 114,500m² distributed into a 178,000m² urbanized area with 54 villages, 1,035 houses, a 90-bedroom hotel, a 36-bedroom hotel, several restaurants, shops, pubs, a gym, a SPA and a communal swimming pool are of nearly 4, 000m².

  
  
• Llana Beach Hotel 5*. The tourist complex, with a total built surface amounting to 46,065m² arranged in a plot of land of 74,858m², houses 601 luxury suites of different types in order to meet the needs and requirements of each customer: Junior, Garden, Duplex, Beach Front and Swim up. The project is completed by gardens, 10 swimming pools and several bars and restaurants, a SPA, a gym, an outdoor sauna, Beach Club, etc. A part of the complex will be devoted to family tourism. Therefore, “Llana Beach Hotel” will also count on children swimming pools, mini club, family restaurants and a day-care centre.
