Country HeadsA country of great tradition for SANJOSE, who is currently working on very representative projects, such as the rehabilitation of the Teatro Colón, the construction and development, together with local partners, of the largest shopping centre in Buenos Aires, “Dot Baires Shopping” (190,000m²), opened in 2009 and awarded by the by the International Council of Shopping Centres (ICSC) the Best Shopping Centre in Latin America; and essential infrastructure projects, such as irrigation canals and hospitals.
It is worth mentioning urban developments as remarkable as the construction and development of 20,000 residential units in The Urban Transformation of La Matanza, Buenos Aires (designed by architect Álvaro Siza).
Since 2005, GRUPO SANJOSE owns and runs the stores of three large shopping centres located in Avellaneda, La Tablada, ("Buenos Aires 2" Retail Space) and Quilmes.
